3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Some features of the Service require you to register an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You should notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions, you authorize us to use such feedback free of charge without any obligation to compensate you or provide attribution.

8.2 AI Analysis Results

The analysis and insights provided by the Service are based on responses from third-party AI platforms. These results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. AI responses may contain inaccurate or outdated information, and you should independently verify important information.

8.3 Data Accuracy

We strive to ensure data accuracy but do not guarantee that all data is completely accurate, complete, or current. You should exercise your own judgment when using data and reports generated by the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeeByAI and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100.
